Refund policy

We have a 1 year warranty policy on our products. The exchange is valid only if the polish fades away within warranty period of the product (any damage caused to the product due to customer mishandling shall not be accounted for an exchange).
Use the product with proper care as per the care guide.
If you notice within warranty period that for some reason the polish has faded, click pictures of the product and E-mail us the before and after images for a review at support@belrose.in.
Once approved, we shall process your exchange request and deliver you a brand new product for free.

DAMAGED OR BROKEN OR WRONG ITEM
As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that the window for such complaints is only for 3 days after the delivery has been done. To initiate an exchange in such cases please follow these steps:
Click images of the product, packaging and bill and e-mail to us within 72 hours of delivery at support@belrose.in for review, Once approved, we shall process your request and deliver you a brand new product for free.

ORDER CANCELLATION
In case of non customized products (ready-to-ship product) , If you wish to cancel it, please contact us within 2 hours for a full refund. Any requests received after 2 hours of placing the order will not be eligible for a refund. In case of customized products (prompt-manufacturing products), To ensure that you receive your product as soon as possible, we begin manufacturing it promptly. Therefore, please be aware that orders for customized products cannot be canceled.

RETURNS

At Belrose, we understand that online shopping can sometimes be challenging. Occasionally, you might need a little extra time to decide if you want to keep your purchase or exchange it for something that better fits your expectations. That’s why we provide you with a 3-day window to make up your mind.

  • No Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit, subject to our terms and conditions.

  • Easy Returns: If you need to return an item, you can do so within 3 days from delivery. Just reach out on WhatsApp at 6266144734

For WhatsApp returns, please share the following details:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Reason for return, along with a photo of the product. If it's defective or incorrect, kindly include a picture for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange a return pick-up within 2-4 business days. Please ensure the product is unworn and in its original packaging. Any requests beyond 3 days from delivery will not be eligible for a return or exchange. 
As soon as we receive your product and complete the inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours.

Credit Value: The credit provided will be for the value of the returned products only, excluding any shipping or COD fees, and will be valid for three months.

  • Note: All items returned must be in unused condition.

Shipping fees for returns will not be covered by us unless the item is damaged or defective.

What items are eligible for return?

All items are eligible except:

  • Personalized items, which are customized based on your preferences, are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Items bought on sale, through offers, or received for free, unless they’re defective, cannot be returned.

  • Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Please ensure the package seal is intact upon delivery. If the seal is broken, we suggest not accepting the order, as it will not be eligible for a return.

Note for COD Orders: You must pay for the order before opening the box.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will perform a quality check to ensure it meets the return requirements of being unused and returned within 3 days.
