• Review and Approval: We will review your request and, once approved, provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Our warranty covers:

1. If your jewellery has any defect when you receive it, please report it to us within 72 hours.
   
2. If your jewellery breaks during the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, you can claim the warranty.
   
3. Each product’s warranty can be claimed only once during the warranty period.
